I hear it all the time. “I don’t have time to practice.”

If you have trouble practicing on a consistent basis because you “don’t have time,” think about all the things you do during the week and see if there’s anything you can either cut out or spend less time doing (like watching TV or being on Facebook, for instance). It’s very unlikely that everything you do is essential.

Even if it is only 10-15 minutes a day, you’re going to see yourself improve a lot more than if you just practice “when you can.”
